Cameron Armstrong, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Cameron grew up with his own issues of OCD and learning disabilities which made school and relationships difficult and took a toll on his self-esteem. However, Cameron learned how to identify the issues he had, see the warning signs, and learn the skills to overcome those issues. Cameron approaches therapy the same way. If you know how your issues manifest and what to do about them, then you have choice and power in your life.

Since 1999 he has loved working with youth in an RTC setting, to help them understand the meaning and purpose, focus their priorities, and heal from their mental health challenges. In 2016, he started his private practice to help youth, adults, and families heal. Seeing others change and grow is a joy and one of his passions.

Cameron believes growth is a joy, finding flow is possible, and purpose in life can be achieved. Everyone can live a life worth living as they are intentional and attentional with their small, daily habits. (5min a day Speed Bag Progress)

Cameron received his bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in behavioral science and a master’s degree in social work. He is licensed in Utah, New York, and New Jersey.

Cameron also loves music and continues to play drums
